The Basics

For the first post, I would like to make it understood that this is NOT a weight-loss blog. This is a blog on Health. I will guarantee you, though, that as you apply the information on this blog to your life, you will be at your optimum weight. There is no secret to weight-loss; plenty of individuals have made millions off of this 1 basic principle of weight gain/loss: Eat more calories than one can burn = weight gain; Eat less calories than one burns = weight loss.

That's it! Nothing more, nothing less.
